Grand Hotel Staff - Failte Ireland Excelling at Customer Service Training Programme


Proudly displaying their certificates, further to the Failte Ireland Excelling at Customer Service Training Programme run in the Grand Hotel on Monday, 30th January 2012, are Grand Hotel employees (from left to right) Joanna Biegalska (Coast Restaurant), Yvonne Jacob (Reception), Anthony Rourke (Kitchen), Emma McFarland (Reservations) and Klotilda Horvathova (Palm Court Carvery).

They are just a handfull of Grand Hotel and Marine Hotel employees who received certification following on from this training course.
