Closing the door on student life recently were 62 new graduates from the Shannon College of Hotel Management who officially started their careers in the international hotel industry.Shannon College’s annual graduation ceremony took place on Thursday, 11th March 2010 with bachelor degrees awarded to 62 students from Ireland, Germany, China, Estonia, India and South Korea.
The Grand Hotel would especially like to congratulate Tiernan Redmond from Ennis, Co. Clare, who was awarded the Grand Hotel, Malahide Scholarship as the graduate who displayed the true meaning of welcome and conviviality during his training.
