The proposal to develop a Shuttle Bus Service for Malahide was recently refused on the grounds that it conflicted with the existing Dublin Bus service.The Shuttle Bus was to be a frequent, low cost service, operating continuously to both ends of the town, bringing people towards the Village.
This service would have been a great boost to businesses and the Chamber’s representative on the Committee, Eamon Porter, has been actively involved in helping to promote this project.
The decision can be appealed by signing the online petition at http://www.malahideshuttle.ie/15901.html. It shall only take a minute to complete.
